Lanced is building the new infrastructure for artistic hiring in the performing arts and entertainment industry. Today, artistic recruitment runs on fragmented workflows: PDFs, spreadsheets, YouTube links, email chains, and manual review processes that fail to properly showcase artistic skill. Talent is reduced to attachments and scattered media, exceptional performers get overlooked, and the magic of discovering artists is lost in administrative overload. Despite being part of a multi-trillion euro global creative economy, the hiring process remains outdated, inefficient, and structurally under-digitized. Lanced solves this by providing a unified talent hiring platform where artistic teams can manage auditions, castings, applications, and talent selection in one central system. For performers, Lanced offers a central place to discover opportunities, present their work professionally, and actively advance their careers. What started as a powerful audition management tool is evolving into a broader infrastructure — combining recruitment, talent databases (CRM), and collaborative selection tools into one intelligent, integrated system. Our ambition is clear: To become the operating system for artistic talent — powering how artistic teams recruit, manage, and collaborate with performers worldwide. 

We want to connect the new generation with culture. Let’s live culture instead of learning about it.   We are opening a museum for cultural and educational VR experiences in Amsterdam. In our first experience, visitors will be able to walk through the 17th century together. After that, the museum will function as a platform for VR creators and we will initiate experiences in collaboration with cultural institutions to reach a younger audience. Examples include a virtual zoo with Artis, a space journey with NASA, a fashion show with Amsterdam Fashion Week, or stepping inside a painting by Vincent van Gogh.   After our first location in Amsterdam, we're building a network of venues and initiate our other business models, such as VR box rental, white-labelling our digital platform, and license our IP.
